Yes. Smart Resume Studio includes several free features, and our premium resume templates are currently available at no cost. Any paid features or templates will always be clearly identified before use, ensuring complete transparency.
What is ATS Resume Analysis?
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Resume Analysis evaluates how well your resume aligns with modern recruitment systems. It provides a compatibility score along with suggestions to improve formatting, keywords, and overall readability.

Can I save my resume and edit it later?
Yes. You can export your Resume Data and later import it to continue editing from where you left off. This allows you to keep your resume up to date without entering all your information again.
What file format is used for Resume Data?
Resume Data is exported in a structured format designed specifically for Smart Resume Studio. The exported file preserves your resume information and can be imported later to restore and continue editing your resume.
Can I use Smart Resume Studio on my mobile phone?
Yes, but only the Basic Resume Template is available on mobile devices. For the complete editing experience, premium resume templates, ATS Resume Analysis, and advanced features, we recommend using a desktop or laptop.

What is “Bring Your Own API Key (BYOK)”?
Some AI-powered features allow you to use your own API key from supported AI providers. This gives you greater control over your usage and allows requests to be processed using your own AI account.
Is my API key secure?
Yes. If you choose to use your own API key, it is used only to process your requests. Your API key is never shared with other users, never used to process requests on behalf of other users, and is never sold or disclosed to third parties.
Does WorkAnywhere use my API key for other users?
No. Your API key is used exclusively for your own requests within Smart Resume Studio. It is never used to process requests for any other user.
Can I update or remove my API key?
Yes. You can update, replace, or remove your API key at any time through the application settings. Once removed, your API key will be permanently deleted from our system and will no longer be used to process any future requests.

Does WorkAnywhere store my resume data?
No. Resume data is processed only to provide the requested functionality. If you choose to export your Resume Data, it is downloaded directly to your device. We do not permanently store your resume information on our servers unless explicitly stated for a future feature or service.
Is my personal information secure?
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide while using our services. However, we also encourage users to follow safe online practices and avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information with unknown or unverified recruiters.
